The employees are always friendly and I've loved every arrangement I've ever ordered from them. Plus, on days when I forget to submit an online order, I can pick an option from their prearranged fridge to purchase immediately.

put in an order via phone for a 'get well' bouquet for my great-grandma. I placed the order a little late in the morning, so I wasn't sure if it would be delivered same day. it was, and grandma loved them! thank you :) only note I have is that it would have been nice to get an email receipt, but I didn't think of that until well after the phone call.

The ONLY reason this gets one star is because Carol was able to smooth over Wendy’s HORRIBLE customer service. Flowers were ordered (expedited delivery) be delivered for my daughter’s birthday. They weren’t delivered quickly or even on the day they were supposed to (January 9th). January 10th I got a call from Wendy asking when the flowers could be delivered. I ask what times do they have open for delivery and add that I’m home now. I was told now doesn’t work and then told of all the other deliveries that need to be made.. as if one customers delivery is less important than anyone else’s. I asked why it wasn’t delivered the day it was supposed to be and told “because it wasn’t ordered to be delivered that day” mind you we have a receipt via email showing the day it is supposed to be delivered with the extra charge for speedy delivery. When I said this it ruffled her feathers so I asked for her name and was HUNG UP ON! When is it ever appropriate to hang up on a customer? A customer that did NOT receive the order that was paid for. Update: The owner reached out immediately to try to see how she could make things right. She took responsibility for the error and proactively ofgered solutions. I was very impressed with her attitude and responsive customer service. I'd use Dunn again in the future. Roses were pretty and quick turn around on order, but I was disappointed with what I received for the money spent. $65 for 6 roses in a bouquet with some baby's breath and a ribbon seems high when i compare to my past floral purchases from other places. I also asked for water tubes on the stems since they were going to be presented at a ballgame with no available vase for a while. No tubes were included.

My wife was thrilled with her flowers! Thanks for helping make her birthday special! I had never used Dunn’s before, but they will be my go-to from now on!
